"I grew up in a family, blessed with many children in a small town in the Negev, the ninth child in a family of ten. I think we grew up like neglected grass in the wild. My parents had no time or ability to invest in us.
“At the age of 29, I served two years in prison for drug trafficking. Drugs are easy money, it's a huge temptation. You have to be “Iron Man” to get out of prison and not go back to peddling drugs. When I was referred to Comeback, I had one eye on returning to drug-dealing, and one eye on hearing what they had to offer. In spite of the temptation I wanted a new reality. I saw the normal people, the ones who didn't get into trouble with the law, and I was a little envious of their lives.
“I was accompanied by a coach from Comeback. I always had a love for the field of computers, and he showed me what jobs I could get and what the salaries were.
“Thanks to them I finished training as a programmer.
“Today I work in a software company, I paid my debts, I began again with a clean slate.
“God willing, I will be able to stick to it."
